Nope! Enjoy these spaces at no extra cost. We want you and your bridal party to feel special and comfortable on your big day.

To reserve your date, our contract must be completed as well as a 30% non-refundable deposit.
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date when you sign the contract. The remaining balance is is due 2 months before the event. We do have payment plans available upon request.
The Barn is yours from 9am to 1 am. Our staff will handle facility matters but won't assist with decorating or cleanup of decorations (unless hired to do so). Please plan accordingly to the time given.
All items must be removed from the property by 1 am. If unable to do so, you will be charged for extra time.

Yes, our reception hall is fully accessible. We have two designated handicap accessible parking stalls. If there is a need for more reserved parking please let us know so we can make arrangements.
Our round tables seat 8-10 guests each. We also have a handfull of rectangle tables seating 8 guests and cocktail tables for mingling on the patio.

Yes! However the alcohol MUST be served by an insured bartender!
